Got:   Anxiety?   Fear?    Low Self Esteem?

Facing real life physical challenges is a great way to build mental fortitude! 

This class is focused on confronting demons.  Whether we have anxiety, fear, self-doubt, Parkour can help us process our goals and our inhibitions and push us in the right direction.  Think of this as Personal Life Coaching, but we don't have to talk deep.  We can just focus on the fun stuff!

All ages are encouraged to try this program.  If you are concerned with oversensitivity, relationship problems, social skills, don't focus on what your problem is, create an external embodiment of your issue and tackle it from a different angle!
